"The location was absolutely perfect! It was incredibly convenient and made exploring downtown Chicago so easy. Major attractions like the Riverwalk, Michigan Avenue, and Millennium Park were all within easy reach. There were also plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven within walking distance, which made everything even more convenient. The view from my room was spectacular. I stayed on the 37th floor with a beautiful river view, and honestly, the view alone made the stay worth it. Seeing the Chicago skyline and river from that height was especially memorable, both during the day and at night. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I always felt warmly greeted whenever I came back to the hotel, which made it feel very comfortable and inviting. The hotel itself was comfortable, well located, and a wonderful base for experiencing Chicago. Being able to step outside and have so much of the city within walking distance was a huge plus. My stay at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown made my trip to Chicago even more special. Between the amazing location, incredible river view, and wonderful hospitality, I had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Chicago. Highly recommended!"

"The location of the hotel was so good that I could go anywhere easily! The staff was also very kind, so I felt much better than other big cities in the United States. I haven't tried food and drink, but it was better because it was cheaper than other hotels nearby. I was satisfied because I stayed at the accommodation without any inconvenience!"

"코지한 객실과 욕실이 맘에 들었지만 시내에 위치하다보니 밤엔 차 소리가 좀 시끄럽게 들리긴 합니다. 화장실에 난방이 안되어 좀 추웠지만 방에는 히터가 윗쪽에 위치해서 조용하고 잘 작동합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 1층에 있는 식당 겸 스포츠 바의 음식도 괜찮았습니다."
