"Epic Sana was an absolutely great hotel. They ambience, food, staff, and etc. The only thing I would recommend is that if checking in early cannot be accommodated, that they still allow those who have reservations to at least be able to use the amenities while they wait for a room that’s at least what the other hotel did for us, even though that hotel did not compare in amenities and location."

"Dorma Saldanha was located close to public transportation and very convenient to places of interest. The hotel was well maintained and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a relaxing and quiet stay at Dorma Saldanha and I would definitely stay there again during my visits to Lisbon."

"This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service there is the best service I’ve ever had! As soon as you arrive, they took our bags immediately and brought them in and asked us if we wanted any beverages. We even arrived way earlier than our check-in time, and they got us checked in super early. They gave us a welcome beverage, free chocolates, and every time the room got cleaned they left little gifts next to some of the items we had in the room like a bookmark next to our book and sunglasses cleaning cloth next to our sunglasses. The service from every single person working there was 10/10. I wish I could get the same service everywhere I go! The room was also amazing, and the bed was super cozy! The rooftop pool has such a nice vibe to it, and a great view. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I would!"

"Checking in was the most confusing process I've ever encountered. They still have last year's check in instructions up, which are no longer valid. It was a nightmare finding the front desk. The apartment was clean and okay. The kitchen is not equipped to make a proper meal. Washing machine doesn't work. Sadly we were very disappointed."
