“Cannot recommend this resort enough. It is absolutely beautiful! Staff was amazing. It’s the best food I’ve ever had at an AI, both in the variety and in the quality. It is worth upgrading the platinum just for the butler service alone. Glaister and Rajuan were our butlers and we will be requesting them when we go back.”

“Stayed 04/26/26 to 04/29/26. Front desk (Moya) staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining staff was great. Dawn did excellent working the Italiano area solo. The pool bar bartender on 04/26/26 was very friendly and could change the mood of the pool area with music. He worked the dining area later and was friendly there as well. Housekeeping was good. The downside was the whole time I was there, the hot tub was not hot or bubbly. I enjoyed the hotel's 10 year anniversary...

The beach, of course was beautiful and I loved how there was a lot of shade. Special things to Johnson for taking care of me by bringing my chair and towel every day. I will be back.”

The food was a highlight, with plenty of great dinner options, but the Asian restaurant was hands down the best—absolutely worth going more than once. “This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep...

“Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...
