Uma coisa ou outra: um secador nรฃo enrolado num dia, roupas nรฃo dobradas e outro, porta aberta depois da arrumaรงรฃo , mas nada que desabone. Sรณ questรตes de um pouquinho mais de atenรงรฃo .โ
โStaff was so amazing. Any request was taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond for us and made this stay so memorable and remarkable. Room was amazing. The property beautiful the restaurants fantastic. Best service of all time. โ
โThe room was huge compared to other hotels in metropolitan cities. Condition and service of the hotel was great for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but wish they had better(payable)breakfast service. The hotel's very close to McGill university.โ
โFacility was clean, staff were friendly, room was quiet, underground parking, free breakfast, and clean faculty. McDonaldโs coffee and thrift stores close by.
- seriously, check out the thrifting! Stayed at another hotel as we missed our flight and it was HORRIBLE compared to this hotel. If I return to Montreal, I would hands-down book this hotel again. Our room was really quiet which I appreciated. The housekeeping staff were so nice and the front desk staff were so nice and very accommodating....
โConveniently located from the airport bus (747) stop --- less than 100m. Hotels staffs are kind to the guests. European style breakfast is good and rooms have facilities for cooking. However, the facility is somewhat old and the toilet lid keeps falling down on its own. I had to use tape to hold it.โ
โThe breakfast was decent and the beds were very comfortable. It was within walking distance of some of Montreal's main attractions, and the metro station is located right in front of the hotel so it was easy to get around. The noise was unfortunate when going up and down the stairs. It would also be nice if disposable slippers were provided.โ
