“모두 다 좋았습니다. 조식 훌륭하고, 자연풀장 (Las Salinas)이 바로 밑에 있는데다 경관도 훌륭하고 발코니도 좋고 서비스도 무난합니다.
그러나 SPA 이용연령이 16세 이상이라는게 큰 아쉬움이었습니다. 홈페이지 등에 미리 안내가 되어 있지도 않았구요. 실내수영장이 있는 것도 아니고, 아이들이 수영하기에는 야외수영장이 물이 차갑습니다. 물을 데워주는 시설도 (있다고는 하지만) 작동하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 이런 사항들에 대해 문의하면 (돌아다니는) 직원들은 매우 불친절합니다. SPA reception의 직원은 친절했고, 아이들에게 쿠키와 사탕을 주며 달랬지만 아쉬운 마음이 남습니다.”
“주인내외와 종업원들의 친절도, 객실의 편안함 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 주차공간도 지하에 별도로 마련돼 있고 인근 슈퍼마켓 식당 등이 가깝다는 점도 플러스요인입니다. 아침식사도 이 정도 가격이면 훌륭했고요. 무엇보다 주인내외의 친절함과 가족같은 분위기가 가장 인상깊었습니다. 세심한 배려와 진심어린 케어가 좋았습니다.
다만, 풀장이 조금 따뜻했으면 좋았을 것 같고 (12월 방문 - 그러나 그랑카나리아 내 호텔들이 모두 풀장 물을 데워주지는 않았기 때문에 특별히 마이너스 요인은 아니었습니다) 객실내에 커피포트가 없다는 점, 그리고 무엇보다 북쪽이나 남쪽 주요 해변 및 놀이시설에서 떨어진 서쪽 외진 곳에 있어서 차로 그쪽으로 이동하면 시간이 꽤나 걸리고 산길 꼬불꼬불한 도로를 가야 한다는 단점이 있습니다.
이를 제외하면 너무나 만족스런 숙박이었네요.”

“Convient. Close to a shopping mall. Breakfast on the 23rd floor was good: the food and the view. Close to the beach. The entrance was a bit awkward though: you should bring your suit cases up from the street to the lobby level via a half-story stairway.”
