The resort staff services were perfect! From from desk to cleaners to security to waiters etc. were all very good. The facilities were a bit old. Inhouse Wifi connection was poor. Only 1 restaurant for you throughout your stay. But the food were delicious! There is no way to walk out of the resort ...

Location was perfect for our stay. Information sent was perfect about obtaining the key and check in. Bathroom was smelly and toilet was leaking. Needed more bowls in the kitchen as well as a tea towel for wiping up.

Explore the great outdoors at Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, a lovely green space in Gaya Island. Stroll along the marina or visit the shops in the area.
Great place to visit!
Everything is expensive and not worth the price. Apart from room charge, you have to pay MYR160 per pax for boat transfer (this is must to reach the resort). And on checkout, they tried to double-charge us for room charge! How greedy they are.
