โWhat a great experience. The location was perfect, the breakfast delicious, but most of all the staff was welcoming and seems so happy that we were there. We even got to meet the owner!โ

However, we needed to ask for breakfast coupons each day.
What was even more outrageous was that at the end of my stay, I was charged for a 'service' fee for each breakfast. The funny part is that the service fee was different for each day.
I was told that the hotel staff would notify the hotel manager and give me an e-mail but I never received an e-mail from the hotel.โ
โFound a cockroach on the wall, I tried to kill it but it escaped to the ventilation fan on the wall. I think this is where it came from. I am sure there are many in other rooms, too.
No venting in the room.
I found lots of blue and green molds on the washroom ventilation fan. Such shame that i had to take a shower right below it..... โ
โThere were prior used towels on the floor in the closet, so whoever cleaned the bathroom just moved the towels into the closet, which makes you wonder how clean the room is.

โThe best hotel in the area. In my experience, probably the best in upstate New York. Beautiful surroundings, walking distance to Starbucks and many restaurants. 15 min drive to downtown. Gourmet breakfast prepared by chef every morning was fantastic. Stayed 10 days for the business trip and it was just perfect for me. I will definitely go back. Don't need to hesitate.โ
