“We enjoyed the cabin. Sitting on the front porch was very relaxing. The restaurant was excellent. Opening the window made the air conditioner unnecessary in 70-80 degree weather. Great location too. Close to Mount Rushmore and centrally located to other places like Custer state park and Rapid city. Would stay again if we are up this way. ”

“Unplug and reset!! We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior...

“A/c was a little noisy. Other than that was good. Bathroom was a little small.”

“The double queen room was very old and outdated. Whatever chemicals they use to clean were so strong it gave me a migraine. The mattresses were AWFUL. By the time we got back from Mount Rushmore, there was no one in the office and the mattresses were so terrible we couldn’t stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and continued on our trip. Will not be back!”

“The beds were so comfortable! The Lodge is located in Keystone, but kind of off the main drag, so it was peaceful. The staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions for what to see and do!”
