“Hmm, ja, was soll man sagen... Die Zimmer wurden nur nach Rückfrage gemacht, also meistens gar nicht. Handtuchwechsel nach 5 Tagen? Nur nach Aufforderung. Bettwäsche sollte auch mal nach einer Woche gewechselt werden, ist hier nicht Standard. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Gastronomie ist gut, der Wein könnte in einer Weingegend schon etwas günstiger sein.”

“I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US.
