“Awesome spot! Staff was amazing. Cozy bed. Gym was underwhelming but other than that, great spot.”

“Was surprised that I was charged for parking. I was never notified that there was a fee to park outside the hotel. Otherwise it was a typical Hilton Garden Inn. Comfortable bed and desk to get some work done. There was room service dishes left in the hallway for 2 days.”

“Great breakfast. Nice staff.”

“Beautiful property!”

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

“Extremely friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub were well maintained.”

“네”

“Convienent for ybor tourism and bars. Cleaning staff are loud. My first room was next to the service elevators and my second was not much quieter in the morning. Excessive amount of in-room convenience foods/drinks. Beautiful lobby and lounge. Good restaurant and coffee shop. So a mix of good and bad.”
