It's the best hotel to take pictures by going to the photo spot while watching the ever-changing Matterhorn.
The kindness of the staff is also the best.
It takes time to walk, so if you have luggage, use the shuttle service (10 Fr) and it's downhill after check out and the way back, so it's enough to walk.

โEverything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machineโฆcame in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...
โThe hotel was in the middle of the city, so it was convenient, and the interior of the room and bathroom was clean and nice. The breakfast included as a service was also good. However, it would have been a more satisfying accommodation if there was a refrigerator.โ
