โHospitality is incomparable when contacted to take taxi the hostess was more then willing to help with transportation, it feels like staying at your grandmothers home away from home โ
โA basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants.โ
โHouse was dirty to include a bag in the sink with fruit flies under as soon as I moved it. Some black things in the bathtub. Mini oven was just dirty. Multiple other things but could have been better. I would highly recommend to get another fan because it was really hot. Last thing is finding it. It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. โ
โProvide different experience in staying and enjoying surrouding enviroment, not only traditional hotspring hotel but this type of small house or cabin also very comfortable and unique.โ
โLoved the space. Lots of small details included, facilities were fantastic, great sleep and brilliant view of Fuji. Loved that it was walking distance to the lake too.โ
