"Lovely hotel with big bedrooms and excellent pool area. Staff on reception not very welcoming or informative. Restaurant had excellent food but lots of mistakes with orders and charging. Mistakes were put down to new staff who didn’t understand. One lady was actually given a dinner and then later told she had eaten somebody else’s meal. Faulty Towers sprung to mind. Every time you ordered a drink with your meal you had to stop and pay as it came from the bar downstairs!!! Must clarify that once you got your food it was excellent. Feel it lacked professionalism for a 4* hotel. It would definitely benefit from an intensive training session for all staff."

"We loved our stay at Sunny Villas! We were there for 3 nights and got an upgrade after our second night. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. From honest guidance on transportation on the island (ATVs are risky!) to restaurant recommendations, they were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delivered each morning and was excellent...try the oats, chia, yogurt, nuts and honey, its amazing! This is THE spot for sunsets on Santorini! Also, treat yourself to the Fira-Oia hike and take the bus back. Definitely take the hike around the Skaros castle ruins which are directly below the hotel. Pick this hotel...you will be in the perfect spot to enjoy the entire island!"

"The views of the Caldera are just breathtaking. The junior suite we were staying in is very well planned with two balconies and a jacuzzi. A big thank you to the reception and Resturant staff. The room cleaning also deserves appreciation for their continued hard work we observed during our seven day stay. Overall a definite repeat trip."

"I had a great experience at the hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was very modern and clean (in fact, the whole property was spotless) and they followed my request to be put in a room with sea view, which gave me the best morning views when I woke up. Also worth mentioning the hotel was a stone's throw away from the quieter side of the beach which was ideal for me. Loved it and would definitely stay again!"
