“Owners are very nice and friendly. Property /room is clean. Breakfast is ok. Will recommend to stay here.”

“While the room was clean, it was not the room I booked, which is very disappointing I had booked a double bed room (two full sized) and got a full and bunk beds. The bathroom was very oddly spaced. You could not really sit strait because there was a sink in front of the toilet. The vent in the bathroom was falling from the ceiling. The air conditioner made a very loud banging noise when it turned on, not ideal when you are trying to sleep. While there are “quiet times”, they were not...

“Everything about Sinclair Inn Bed and Breakfast was exceptional. Holly and Kyle were welcoming hosts the property is very well maintained and the gardens are beautiful with areas to sit and relax. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options with fresh berries, yogurt and granola to build your own parfait, delicious quiche, fresh baked goods. And delicious cookies for Night time snack. I would highly recommend this establishment for your next trip to the area.”

“If you are looking for a quiet B & B type experience, a little bit off the beaten path, then this could be a great option for you. Our room was on the second floor with a narrow wooden staircase which made it challenging to bring our multiple bags up to the room. We opted to pull a few necessities out of our main bag and just bring in a carry on, which worked fine. The rooms are lovely and comfortably furnished. The bed was comfortable. One of the "charms" of staying in a B&B type lodging...

“Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (hot tub looked brand new!). Overall, the facility is dated and could benefit from a makeover. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is normally not a problem in New Hampshire, but our weather was warm and humid at night.”
