“From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions. “Pros: Rooms seemed to be recently renovated. Quick check-in. Cons: The room and bathroom were tiny without a closet. No breakfast was provided, and if there was a breakfast, there wasn’t a lobby to eat it in since the lobby had only two tables. The lobby was also a bit dirty. Behind the property was sketchy. Could easily hear the neighbors upstairs. Would stay again for one quick night.”

“We have stayed at this property twice… The staff is very friendly, the rooms are in great shape, the check in and check out process was extremely easy and it is very close to the Ruoff center. If anyone is looking to stay there and attend a concert… They also have a shuttle service provider to take you to and from the concert. I highly recommend this hotel.”
