“Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked Raffles Executive Apartments in Guangzhou for September 13–19, 2026, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I could not stay pass 10 mins. I first spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the property because there was no visible Raffles Executive Apartments signage. The property I eventually found appeared to be known as Doria Home Hotel, which was confusing and concerning. Upon entering, the corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke...

“Wonderful staff and property. Will definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean. The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting.”

“Very good for family trip. I love those helpful staff. ”

“Very convenient location, clean room and pretty good room cleaning services. Will come back again!”
