“Empty pool TV damage”

“The room was clean and the AC was cold. The bed was very comfortable. We had issues and the gentleman was the only one downstairs and he came up as soon as he could to help. The breakfast was pretty good.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“i personally wish there were better and more channels on the television. I also think the vending machines could be a bit cheaper. i also wish the rooms service menu was vetter because i tried to order and it was forcing me to use cashapp to purchase things and also said it would take 2 days for the food to arrive for some reason. but aside from that, the room was nice and clean and i had a good stay!”
