"We stayed for 6 weeks amd each morning Gulia at reception greeted us with a smile and a cheerful comment. She has the perfect demeanor and attention to detail which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was able to answer any questions we had about the area and seemed as though she worked 7 days a week! The cleaning staff were efficient and helpful often working around our meetings and schedules. Thank you! "

"Not the cleanest hotel I’ve been in - poo stains in the toilet and dusty bedding"

"The hotel is located within easy walking distance of public transport. The room was comfortable and generally calm. Reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is really excellent. Certainly one of the best I have used, well provisioned with excellent equipment, water, apples (a really nice touch) and towels. The only complaint is that we had to ask for the room to be 'refreshed'. "

"Room was clean and decent size for family of 4 however it was extremely hot. Couldn’t sleep first night however next morning we raised this issue and was provided with fans. Saw other guests complaint about same issue so I guess it’s common. Parking was stressful, their carpark was expensive and full so had to quickly drop everything then park at the mall carpark for £7 a day. No cars allowed in front of hotel except for buses. You have to go around to get to the hotel carpark"

"Breakfast needs a re think. 15 mins to get a fried egg is not really acceptable and the choice of items limited. Hot food was not particularly hot."

"Kitchen cutlery was dirty, whole flat was dirty, dusty, we were sneezing soon as we arrived, complained and was moved rooms but was still dusty. Mites on sills, dirt in units. Area is awful no amenities close by. Emailed staff who did email back, then I called kept putting me on hold eventually asked to speak to manager. Car park bays are tight someone damaged our car. Sofa was battered, dirty floors, marks on bedding, dirty blinds, bin wasn't working or shower gel container, oven was noisy, awful place "

"Staff very friendly and efficient. Sink was blocked, soap dispenser in shower was empty. No kettle in the room and although there was free drinking water and free hot drinks that was all the way down in reception. I knew I was opting for a stripped down version of a hotel room but have stayed in lots of other hotels that offer more for the same price. "
