There was also basically no storage for bags. The kitchen area wasn't really realistic to cook in, but it was a uniquely designed space in which if my family was older I think would have worked out great."

"For anyone that values a kitchenette while traveling, this place is great. However, I would caution that it is not for everyone. I am reasonably fit, but carrying my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs, in a narrow, winding staircase was a bit of a challenge. The place is older and could do with a refresh, but clean and well maintained. It is a stones throw from the Hiroshima tram system (Honkawacho station). I was traveling with 4 other adults and two children, and this was a very spacious and nicely appointed apartment with kitchen, dining area, and two separate sleeping areas (one in the living room and a separate bedroom). It was very convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Hiroshima memorial park and museum.
