“What a nightmare and I still am not sure who to blame as neither Expedia or the Lodge were helpful. I booked and had my Expedia confirmation and tried to check in the morning my guests were due to arrive in Breckenridge and leave a gift for them. “When I arrived, it wasn’t obvious where the hotel entrance or check-in desk was, and there was no staff member present. I tried calling, but no one answered. Eventually, an employee arrived and checked us in. Unfortunately, the room was not worth the price. The A/C unit was noisy, but the biggest issue was the constant noise from the commercial kitchen exhaust systems directly outside the windows. “We loved the location! The space itself was very nice and we had no issues. However I was never received the contact information of the on site staff members or point of contact. We had a few questions when we first arrived and we never received a response or an answer to these questions.”

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”
