"The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was really good and had many options not just Japanese food. The staff was all very kind and dressed well. The air-conditioning worked really good and was easy to change up and down. The sun blackout curtains looked really worked really well. The shower was really nice. The only thing I would say is that I would’ve wished there were some cabinets to put my clothes in. I would definitely stay there again with no hesitation. Also, the hotel is in a great location. I would say our room was worth the money. "

"It annoyed me that, when I chose this hotel, they failed to specify that the pool would not be open because it wasn't the right season. It is completely absurd, as I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. The hotel's location is entirely inconvenient; it is too far removed from everything, and once the trains stop running, taking an Uber becomes prohibitively expensive. There are no bars or places to go out at night—and, of course, the pool isn't open either. I feel this is a place strictly for families who need to go to bed early—and nothing else."

"Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal. The hotel accepted luggage forwarding and had it in our room waiting upon check in! Staff were great in these processes too. Sadly the terrace where the Godzilla head is was closed during our stay for some reason so bit disappointing."
