“Once I saw that the hotel was now run by OYO I nearly had a heart attack as the one in Cardiff is shocking! The only reason we were okay was because of the manager who is looking at leaving anyway. It is a terrible company. You can see things are deteriorating already. The carpets are very dirty. We were in a room that had almost light coming in.”

“The property was clean beds very comfortable and walk in shower The mini kitchen was great cooking a mini snack”

“Fantastic stay”

“Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem”

“It seemed a little old, but it was quite good, especially the price.”

“Wry friendly staff, lovely room great location”

“Great inn for short stay, the pub offers great food and location is close to bus station that’s 20 minutes away from Notts centre”

“I can’t believe this even until now, but there was mould on the duvet cover... Seriously? Yes. Fortunately the receptionist changed the duvet cover but still there was a hair on the mattress and the pillow. Better not to expect the cleanliness here. ”
