The room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent bedding — perfect for resting after busy days in New York. "Good location, able to walk to most things. Friendly staff. We had a minor issue with a blocked toilet and it was resolved immediately even at 1.00 a.m. Nice lounge areas . Bit disappointing that no tea or coffee facilities in the room but there was a coffee shop in the hotel. Room was not huge but adequate for a 4 night stay and very clean."
