"There are no dinner reservations required for all of the restaurants with the exception of the Japanese Kabuki. We like that there is an option to enjoy the pool by the Glee bar if you want a more quiet atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special thank you to Johnson at the Glee Bar we travel quite a bit and have never had such an attentive bar tender. A special thank you to Aida at the Flavor buffet and the Casa del Mar restaurant for providing us with excellent customer service. "Came during low season beginning of September and the hotel felt empty which was great. There was still activities for kids and adults to join. The staff was very accommodating. The only 2 things we disliked were 1. hotels food/ although drinks were great. 2. Water smell was awful. Taking a shower didn’t make you feel fresh and clean because the water smelled like sewer. "
