"Beautiful resort"

"Absolutely BEAUTIFUL resort! This was our second visit and we stayed in the same room, Excellence Club Beachfront 2 story Honeymoon Suite. Extremely clean, bed very comfortable, huge rainfall shower and spacious walk in closet, jacuzzi on balcony is open concept, and a large plunge pool on the rooftop. The views were amazing! Food at the resort is fantastic and every restaurant is a unique experience with the cuisine and ambience. The service from the staff is top notch! We will be returning to Excellence Coral as soon as we can! "

"La estancia fue asombrosa , espectacular , nos encantó a mi esposo y a mi . Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y fueron muchas las sorpresas en la habitación y en el hotel. La limpieza espectacular . Las personas muy agradables . El servicio excelente . La recreación con variadas opciones. La comida muy variada . La atención de Kristel fue muy dedicada y esmerada es una persona muy agradable que ama su trabajo y complace a los clientes con su amabilidad . Siempre pendiente a complacernos en nuestra estancia . Me encantó que cuando llegamos nos hizo una presentación del hotel y nos acompañó a los lugares . Unas vacaciones excelentes . Nos quedamos sorprendidos con la zona hotelera mexicana . "Breakfast could be different options each day not the same everyday I can’t say anything bad about the staff Aron and ulecess oh my goodness went above and beyond made my birthday very special I tried all the restaurants and wanted to do the steak house for my special day almost didn’t get to eat there because it was fully booked I told the attendant it was my birthday and they made sure I got my birthday wish the steak was amazing would definitely come back again "

"RIU Palace Costa Mujeres is the ideal place for leisure whether you have a family or as a couple. There’s five pools two waterslides one for adults one for kids. It’s an ideal place. We keep coming back. We really love.RIU Palace Costa Mujeres. The staff there go out of their way to be sure your holiday or vacation is simply the best. I would recommend this for anybody that is looking for a great leisurely time."

"Everything was perfect"

"The resort was great! When we arrived we had an Expedia concierge that was provide that was to us because we booked through hotels.com. Her name was Maria Teresa and she was amazing. Whatever we needed we just contacted her and it was taken care of. We were blown away by the attention we received that others we were traveling with did not. Definitely would love to go back and absolutely would book with hotels.com."
