"Very nice resort. Food was excellent but bad time of the year for beach access. The weather was windy which created rough waves and seed weed. The only complaint I have was the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and woke up every morning very stiff. The entertainment was great every night. I traveled alone and felt very safe and met a lot of wonderful people."

The resort is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views, beautiful accommodations, and an atmosphere that makes it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. We stayed in the preferred club master suite, this room was phenomenal. The food was exceptional across the board, and the service was even better. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. A special thank you to Eddy (morning butler) and Leticia (evening butler), who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel like valued guests. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with incredible food and world-class service, Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres is the place to be. We can’t wait to return, we’re already planning to return again this year!"

"Resort was great, staff was super attentive and helpful. Drinks and food were great. They had a lot of options for my husband who was a vegetarian, and they were very conscious of other allergies as well. My only complaint was with GoMajestic. We booked and excursion that ended up getting canceled, but they did not notify us it was canceled."

"An absolutely outstanding family vacation! We just returned from an amazing stay at Finest Playa Mujeres, and it exceeded all of our expectations; especially when it comes to the incredible food, refreshing pools, and world-class spa. Here is why this resort was a 10/10 for our family: The Food: We were blown away by the all-inclusive dining. Every restaurant felt like going out to a high-quality, specialty dinner rather than standard buffet fare. Brass Steakhouse and Shoji were big family favorites. Plus, the Lizo restaurant and fast poolside service meant no one ever went hungry. The Pools: With multiple pools dotting the property, there is a vibe for everyone. The poolside service was incredibly attentive, and we easily secured loungers without having to play the early-morning towel game. The Spa: We treated ourselves to the ONE Spa, and it was the highlight of our trip. The therapists provided some of the most relaxing treatments we've ever experienced. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious trip with children, we can't recommend this resort enough! It was our second time back!"

"Facility - Nice layout and architecture. Unfortunately, observed workmanship issues like: torn wallpaper on the elevator, bathroom fixtures not properly mounted (loose mounting on shower holder, faucet, toilet bowl cleaner, etc) Staff - Great staff. Esp: Alejandra and Julie at the Bowling area, Jesus (Pianist) and Abdiel (Bar, mixes drinks like an artist) Pool - Could use more floaters esp on the Lazy river pool"
