"This property is located in a tiny alleyway and when you enter it is a dark and dingey stairwell. The elevator is slow but at least there is one. Go up 3 flights of stairs and you will find the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms have beautiful morano glass chandeliers, free toiletries, bidets, complimentary beer, coke and water in the fridge. We had a great stay!"

"Staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating. We needed a water taxi for our departure date and they arranged everything instead of us spending time doing it. We had to leave early before breakfast so they packed us a Togo bag. Breakfast is way above expectations. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside was up stairs which is all Venice and they are more than happy to carry bags for you. Love our stay there!!!!!!"

"Visited 11-13 march. The hotel is a little family owned hotel. The owner is absolutely accommodating and the sweetest I’ve seen for my whole entire trip. The only complaint is the massive amounts of staircase have to be walked up. Great location and I’ll definitely stay here if I’m in town "

"We loved our stay here. Nice rooms, nice staff, good location that was not too far from the things we were interested in. Only complaint is that on our last night an alarm in the lobby was going off all night but there was no staff there to silence it, which you could hear a little bit from the room. "My husband and I were looking for accommodations near Venice that would not break the bank. Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day. We rented a private camper "trailer", and were just a little surprised that it shared a wall with other campers. (Think townhouse trailer.) This wasn't such a big deal but it's worth noting that whenever the people next door moved around it did...

"Perfect spot in Venice. You can easily access the taxi boat through their own pier and conveniently travel by boat with a nearby stop. Additionally, it is not overcrowded and only a 10-minute distance from all important areas. Love it."
