โI just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of. โWe loved this property! As clean as any five star hotel I have ever stayed in. We found the bed very comfortable and lots of pillows to pick from. So many restaurants, shops, and local culture were all within easy walking distance. As an OSU alumni I have stayed in Columbus more times than I can count and we will definitely book our next stay in Columbus at the Jungle Oasis. โ

โWe loved staying at the jungle house! Easy to find, easy to park, and very clean and welcoming overall. I am a water snob so I greatly appreciated the Brita water filter in the fridge. โ
โSuch a cool stay, I traveled solo for a show and had an extra day off so for the price it was perfect. I was able to do laundry and store my belongings. They also offered bikes for transportation, very nice stay def would stay again!โ
โThe room was spacious and the bathroom was up to date. The bar area and restaurant was very nice.
It took longer than expected to get our food and our check from the waitress in the bar area. There was enough staff but I feel like there was no one helping her. โ
