"The hotel/motel is dirty, smells bad, bed is uncomfortable; toilet, tub, sink and shower are dirty. Someone went to our room while we were gone and left the toilet seat up, when we asked the front desk, they said, they only check if we need something but nothing was replaced e.g. towels nor toilet paper was replaced, trash was bot emptied.
