Not many umbrellas for shade so the shaded areas were very congested. At one time our chairs where we had left our towels, were taken by someone else. No instructions given at check-in regarding restaurant reservations, pool towels. We asked about a later check-out time three times and were given a different vague, non-committal answer each time.
