"The room was large enough for myself and adult sons. We each had a carryon and 2 medium suitcases which fit in the room. It was nice having a separate shower/bathing room, enclosed toilet, and sink for us to all use while we got ready in the mornings. The location was prime as everything was either walking distance or buses/subways within a few steps. Highly recommend the hotel. "

"Allotted room was not 300 sq ft as marketed. Bed sheet was having blood stains so not clean overall bed and carpet in room. Room was changed as not ready for check in. Location is good. Breakfast is not great and staff is not great. Quality of Bread etc very poor. AC system is not good. Just ok experience. "

"We really had a pleasant time at ENA Namdaemun Seoul for 5 days! Room was clean and well equipped. It was very spacious for 4 of us. Staff changed towels, made beds and replaced water bottles everyday. Especially the staffs in the lobby were so helpful and courteous. Also, we got so many excellent tips it made our trip more pleasant! Totally recommend ENA Namdaemun Seoul! Thank you so much for helping us to make a very memorable trip! We sure will be back! "Reception staff amazing. Met us at the curb where taxi dropped us off and helped bring our bags inside and check us in about 4h before published time. Fully equiped kitchen. Many combinis (GS25, CU and 7-11) steps from hotel lobby. Easy walk to subway station, dining options and shopping. The Concierge service was indespensible for foreigners like us who don't speak or know local customs."

"Hotel is well located within Seoul, not far from Seoul Station making it a good hub for getting around. It is along the Seoullo city walkway. Room was a good size, good bathroom, comfy bed, plug sockets by the bed and across the room. Hotel is located above the Seoulista bar which is a really nice craft beer bar with good food. Seems very popular with the locals."
