"The location was near to shops and had a mall with a grocery store attached to it. The staff was excellent and very willing to help with any questions. The room was very clean and very quiet. We would definitely stay the next time we are in Hong Kong."

"Centrally located, very close to transit, attractions, restaurants, shopping. Walkable to many attractions eg HK MOA 5-10 minutes, etc. Lawrence at the front desk efficiently checked us in and was helpful with our enquiries; 24 hour front doorman welcoming (check in is on 3rd floor) and provided extra security - not that we ever felt unsafe in this area. Modern, stylishly decorated room. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel (was last here over 18 months ago) but noted that some wear and tear...

"Room was very much what we expected and needed. Front desk staff was very helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived in the morning. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. Super nice staff. Hot water was great. We had A/C but didn't actually use it because of the nice temperatures at the time. Nice hot water/tea station in the shared area. Lots of toiletries, towels, etc. A very nice stay overall and I would recommend this place for a good central stay in Kowloon. "

"Clean room. Very small bathroom (typical for Hong Kong guesthouses) but reasonably priced and safe for a solo female. Staff was wonderful. Kept my bag until I left, recommended the free bus to Macau (where I was headed to next). If you are flying into Hong Kong and want to visit Macau, ask about the free bus before you leave customs. It is not available once you leave the airport. Overall, nice quiet stay."

"I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friends we were apprehensive as it was cheap, however it was a good location for a group. Trains 2 min walk away, Victoria Harbour 10 mins away which have great views of Hong Kong and easy access to Hong Kong Island. Room had everything they would need and were given items if needed. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good security."
