"Upon arrival at 9 pm, staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and lovely. All this was awesome. Things went south when after a long day of travel, in preparation for heading to bed we found we had zero water anywhere. No shower, No flushing of toilets, no water in the sink taps.
