"Wonderful stay, highly recommended! The staff were super helpful right from check-in. The property is huge, spotless, and very well-maintained, offering a truly relaxing and safe environment. My only minor issue was the buffet getting a little repetitive after several days. That said, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!"

"The concierge Erick for the villas 58-59 was the absolute best. He handled all our reservations was extremely flexible in changing plans for us if needed. He took initiative and really allowed us to just relax. Also made sure we come back to a nice treat after every excursion. We had a few issues with service as to be expected through our trip. He went out of his way to make sure the issues were fixed and would not happen again and we didn’t even have to tell him. He was just checking on things behind the scene. Would definitely recommend this resort and if you could stay in villa 58 or 59 you will have the absolute best vacation possible. Thanks Erick. See you soon"

"Overall, a great resort, and we really enjoyed our stay! Just wanted to share a word of caution regarding the main pool, especially for families with babies or toddlers. Be sure to check the pool depth before entering through the middle stairs. My wife, who is about 5’5”, entered the pool through the middle stairs while holding our toddler, not realizing the water was approximately 5.4 feet deep. Both ended up going underwater, and thankfully, someone nearby was able to help them. We’ve stayed at several resorts, and this was probably the deepest pool we’ve encountered. The entrances on the sides of the pool are much more gradual, making them a better option for families with little ones. Again, we had a wonderful stay and aren’t sharing this as a complaint, but simply as a heads-up to other guests. What happened to us could have ended much differently, and we hope this helps other families avoid a similar situation."
