“Everything was nice. Plenty of space to hangout near the pool whenever you want. The restaurant for breakfast is small, so you have to make a reservation before you go or wait in a long line. We had a good time at the resort overall.”

“Love I will be back”

“LOVED the clean and well maintained property. Everything was easy from the time of booking to departing. Will be back and soon. Friendly staff ...so many turtles. BBQ on-site make fir easy family meals. Beautiful maintained gardens... its a dream home.”

“very comfortable, especially bed condition”

“Disappointing on cleanliness and maintenance. The younger managers were noticeably lacking in basic courtesy and clearly had not been trained properly for their roles — several couldn't answer routine questions about the property. Service was very inconsistent. Some staff, particularly the more experienced ones, were genuinely warm and attentive, and listened carefully to guests. Credit where it's due. But a portion of the younger front-line staff were dismissive and, at times, condescending...
