“영어하는 직원이 없어서 전화를 하면 계속 전화를 돌려서 의사소통 불가하고 단체손님 위주의 호텔로 석식 및 조식 무료 제공이나 종류는 많으나 정말 먹을거 없는 식단임. 심지어 저녁에 먹던 감자튀김이 아침에 다시 나오는 느낌. 굳이 그 구석까지 가서 온천을 할 필요 없으며 시설도 그냥 싸구려 목욕탕. 호텔내 무료식수 및 수건도 사전에 준비하지 않아 건건이 전화해서 받아야 하고 마치 팁을 주면 갔다주는 그런 서비스를 제공하는 호텔. 파묵칼레 자체가 워낙 하루에 지나치는 도시라서 그런지 전반적으로 서비스 정신없이 돈만 벌려는 도시 느낌. 절대로 파묵칼레에서 숙박하지 마시고 구경하는 경유지로 선택하세요”

“Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü, iç dekorasyonu otantik ve şık, havuzu güzel, termal havuz bize fazla sıcak geldigi için yüzemedik ama güzeldi👍 akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe şeklinde ve yeterliydi. Lobisi geniş, bilardo masası da vardı. Tek olumsuz yanı çocuk oyun alanının ücretli olmasıydı onun dışında ailecek kalabileceginiz sakin bir otel. Bahçesi geniş çocuklu aileler için ferah. Otoparkı mevcut. Patronuyla bizzat tanıştık ilgili, güleryüzlü ve çocuklara değer veren biri....
“We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent. The room and balcony were clean. We do not smoke and the room we were given smelled great. ”

Hem sağlıklı bir gün için termal havuzdan ve banyodan yararlanmak , hem de doğanın bize sunduğu görsel şöleni izlemek , tarihi seyretmek için çok ideal bir otel.
Teyzemin ısrarları üzerine Eylül sonu yine ziyaret edeceğiz. Tabi ki adresimiz yine Şamdan...
