"First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner. "

"2週間滞在しました。生活に必要な家具を備えたアパートタイプの施設で、長期滞在にいいと思います。スタッフは常駐しておらず、滞在中の部屋清掃サービスもありませんのでホテルサービスを希望の方には向いていません。設備はきれいでよくメンテナンスされており快適でした。利用した部屋はバストイレ別タイプの部屋で、浴室に洗濯物乾燥機能があったのがとても便利でしたが、設備は部屋の間取り等によるかもしれません。冬場だったので加湿器があればもっと良かったです。エレベーターがなく階段も狭かったので大きな荷物を持って入退室するのが大変だったのがちょっと残念でしたが、このような場合は1階の部屋を予約するといいかもしれません。また利用したいです。"

"Whole property was clean and offered slippers and many toiletries. Very close to transport (6mins walk) and multiple convenience stores. Only negative thing is that you would have to wait for working hours to contact staff at 2200. "

"Excellent location, around 5 mins walking distance from Kamata station where you can basically get everything. Spacious apartment for 4. There is also a room without air con that can accommodate 2 more people. Dusty apartment, sticky floor and food stain in a fork and a cup. No toiletries provided other than towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. "
