“Jag och min fru besökte hotellet under vår smekmånad i Tanzania. Detta hotell var helt nyöppnat och vi var väldigt skeptiska till hotellet när vi först bokade eftersom många av bilderna var genererade och inte faktiska foton... Men vi chansade och fick en superbra upplevelse. Allt var väldigt rent och fräscht och personalen var väldigt måna om att vi hade det bra. “The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one...

“Staff were exceptional. Food menus catered to varied needs; servers even remembered my lactose free requirements, and altered my menus accordingly. Grounds and beach were impeccable, pool was always crystal clear. Free entertainment most evenings, we had acrobats and a story teller one evening. Security made us feel taken care of. The spa offered a full menus of services. ”

“The hotel is not nearly as beautiful as it is in the pictures. I am sure it was amazing 5 years ago but it has fallen into a bad state of disrepair. A colony of bats made a home inside and leave their droppings all over the hallway and in room #4 if you are lucky to get that one. Room #1 smelled of raw sewage. However, the wifi is blazing fast and works all over the property and beach. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I just wish the owners would invest a little in repairs and clean out...

“I had a mixed experience at the hotel. It's great that I had a positive first impression with excellent service and friendly staff. However, the noise and issues with the veranda window and doors must have been frustrating, especially if they were repaired late at night. The staff were kind and that I enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it seems like there were both positives and areas for improvement during our stay.”
