"Our stay was honestly disappointing overall. The one-bedroom apartment we paid for had a horrible smell from the moment we walked in. We brought it to the staff’s attention right away and asked to switch rooms, but we were told no other rooms were available. Instead of resolving the issue, one staff member handed us cleaning supplies and expected us to deal with the smell ourselves. William, who worked at night, was the only employee who actually came to the room, checked the smell himself, and tried to help us as much as possible. Another gentleman working with him was also very kind and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. We found a vape underneath the pullout couch, which made us question how well the room had been cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, breakfast was included in what we paid for, but no one mentioned it to us at check-in. We only found out while checking out, and it felt like we had to beg just to receive something we already paid for. The blonde woman who checked us in was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. The location itself was also difficult to find because the directions and signage were confusing and need to be updated. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and failure to properly address the smell made this stay very frustrating. I truly appreciate William for at least trying to make things better, but unfortunately that was not enough to make up for the overall experience."

"It was an easy indoor walk in February from the baggage claim to the hotel front desk. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were many restaurants within an easy indoor walk, but restaurants tended to be busy and expensive. The exceptional breakfast buffet included in the room price started very early for travelers with early flights. Although the hotel is in the airport and above a rail station, the rooms were quiet. It was an easy indoor walk to the station from which fast trains to/from Stockholm departed/returned. it was easy to enjoy a day in the city visiting the Vasa Museum. I would happily stay here again and again."

"방은 깨끗했고 바닥이 카펫이 아니어서 더욱 위생적으로 느껴졌습니다. Complimentary water가 없으나 컵에 수돗물을 받아 마시면 됩니다. 수돗물을 마시는 것이 약간 어색하게 느껴졌지만 금방 적응할 수 있었습니다. 암막커튼이 벽에서 약간 뜨는 부분이 있는데 하필 그곳을 통해서 아침의 직사광선이 침대의 베개 부분을 직격합니다. 그리고 실내 온도가 23도로 고정되어 있었는데 , 견딜만은 하지만 약간 춥다는 생각이 들었으니 추위를 많이 타는 사람이라면 따뜻한 잠옷을 챙겨오는 게 좋을겁니다. 아침식사는 매일 같은 메뉴가 나오지만 5일 동안은 질리지 않고 먹을 수 있는 기본에 충실한 메뉴였습니다."
