“Very friendly and helpful staffs. They help us with shuttles, bus, luggage storages…etc. Excellent service. Food is great. The hotel decoration is very nice. Our stay was a rainy night so we didn’t able to enjoy the outdoors. If not, it will be great space to enjoy the outdoor also.”

“This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will...

“This was my second time staying here. Even though I didn't book breakfast this time, I mentioned it was my first friendship trip with a friend, and they thoughtfully prepared a small gift in the room—a true testament to their wonderful attention to detail and thoughtfulness. I was deeply touched by how the hotel remembered and accommodated such a small request. My friend was visiting Japan for the very first time, and she said this kind gesture gave her a great first impression. Located in...
