"The location is good as close to train station and walkable to central. Near a shopping mall and restaurants and supermarket. Has a direct bus to/from airport. Room is standard nice and I would have rate it better if not for the aircon that dripped water(a lot) unto the bed and hot water is unstable. Breakfast is a small area that is not enough to cater to the hotel occupancy, so sometimes have to stand around and wait for table if you go in the golden hour."

"郊外の小さくて落ち着いたホテルです。窓が大きくて開放感があります。カーテンの遮光性は不十分なのでアイマスクが必要でした。寝具、洗面、シャワー、トイレは清潔で快適でした。部屋にはキャビネットとクローゼットがあり、スーツケースの荷物をそちらに移せば、暮らすように過ごせて快適でした。ガーデンビューの開放感のあるレストランで提供される朝食は、上品で美味しかったです。スタッフさんは皆親切でした。ホテルと同じ建物内に銀行が入っているのでキャッシングに便利でした。すぐ近くにスーパーやカフェレストラン、郵便局もありとても便利です。地下鉄の駅までタクシーなら5分、徒歩は28分かかりますが、ファミリーパーク内を抜けて歩いて行くルートは楽しめました。　またアルマトイに滞在するならこのホテルを選びます！"

The lobby is a bit underwhelming, but the room was very nice—clean, spacious, and comfy—and the breakfast bar (which even has a whole outdoor seating area) was absolutely stellar. Very nice hotel for a first-time-to-Almaty stay."

"Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given the entire experience"
