"The hotel is conveniently located near Market 28 and Walmart, with several great cafés within walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I lost my phone (completely my own fault), everyone went above and beyond to assist me, especially the reception team. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to handle, especially as an English speaker with little to no knowledge of Spanish. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality throughout the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"
