“This property was near family. Convenient to the highway yet very quiet. The staff is friendly and the room is comfortable. ”

“Worse staff ever. Took an hour check in. Room was prepaid. They charged $155.01. Stated system glitch. Supposedly refunded but it was charged again. Manager Rhema called me a liar and said it was her word against mine. Her representative Jessica said refund timeframes was 2 days. Had to call corporate. Still waitin on refund ”

“This is simply a nice hotel. It is completely non smoking. The inly bad thing was the fact that i was mischarged for 4 night under somone else name. They said it was refunded but it hit my bank account. Waiting in the refund. The young lady checking me in had a kit going on at the time and made the error. Just need the refund to hit”

“From the photos on Expedia we were excited for our stay at the Inn. Upon our arrival, there was no parking where we had been instructed to park and only street parking was available. Check in was fine. When we walked into our room we discovered it not to be as pictured on Expedia. It wasn’t even the same bed as pictured and we really should have questioned why the bathroom photo only showed the top of the shower door. The street noise coming into the room was very loud. “Very relaxing ”

“Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! ”

“Yes, you can tell when you drive up to it that it is very well kept. The room is very clean and the bathroom pristine. Bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. ”

“Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. ”

“Pleasantly surprised that a full cook-to-order breakfast was included in the cost of the room. (Was not mentioned on the website that I found). Walkability to downtown was a huge plus! Enjoyed our stay!”
