“A slightly concerning number of dead bugs”

“친절하고 친근한 스태프들이었습니다! 침대는 푹신했고 온도는 알맞았어요. 방 안에 전자레인지가 있어 편했습니다. 카드키로 문 여는건 좀 어려웠네요 가족여행으로 완벽히 추천합니다 숙소 뒷편 작은 정원의 전깃줄에 신발이 걸려있었어요XD”

“It was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really tiny making using the toilet a little difficult. Good restaurant with friendly staff. Parking was limited so I got permission to park in a reserved space, although I was nervous they would tow the car away.”

“Could not understand the clerk”

“The ladies at the front desk really made all the difference to me. I wish I could remember both of their names. One's name, I think, was Gabby. They could not have been more courteous, welcoming and helpful. Always a smile and eager to help. They get the five stars. About everything else: I do wish the shower had more pressure, and the cooling unit vibrated to the extent that I put my suitcase on top of it to stop the vibration noise. We were unable to raise the shades, but this was hardly worth...

“The hotel was very old and in need of pretty serious renovations. They also don’t have basic amenities like a microwave or a fridge in the rooms. Aside from that it was okay. The room seemed clean enough but the AC has a low, medium, high dial setting and no real way to control the temperature. I would personally not stay here again unless I had to, but there wasn’t really any one thing that made it so awful I would never return.”

“Rooms were dirty (the walls and doors specifically were disgusting).”

“The room is clean and the staff are helpful”

“The property was well maintained. Very helpful when asking questions.”

“Clean”

“I had reservations and had already paid for the room. Arrived at 11pm, no one working the desk, the door was locked. Rang the bell, called the number on the sign no one answered the phone. There were two other people at the door trying to get in. After 30 minutes of no answer I drove down the road and got a room at another hotel. DO NOT recommend this place.”

“Our first room smelled very musky and moldy. They did move us without issue to a different room that was much better.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns in them. The mattress covers had stains on them. The sheets were stained. One of the mattresses appeared to be inhabited by bed bugs. The wall appeared to have pictures forcibly removed which left white marks above the bed. The toilet and tub had cigarette burns. The toilet was not properly mounted, it moved visibly when sat upon. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE. I was offered a different room...

“This property continually canceled my booking for no real reason. They said my card was not going through, but all my other bookings went through on my same card with no problem. I tried to book this house three times and every time Expedia would say I still had the booking so I would go to check in and the property management company would say that they emailed me to let me know the booking was 😡 This was a huge inconvenience and left me with no where to stay twice on my trip. I finally just...
