“Extremely rude security staff made us decide to book elsewhere. The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here.”

“Nichole was so helpful. We were arriving after 7:30pm and she suggested the J Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock for dinner. She also made our check in after hours easy. This Hotel is lovely and the gardens were beautiful. We loved this historic hotel and the Railroad History. We slept in a comfortable post bed. It was more than a hotel it was also a museum for us.
