"We went knowing that they are still under construction. That didn’t bother us at all. Those issues (no pool, elevators sometimes working and sometimes not, construction going on, etc) were no big deal, it’s going to be beautiful when it’s all done. What did bother us, however, was that we were there from June 1-5 and never had housekeeping. We needed towels, trash emptied, new drinking glasses, shampoo (dispenser was broken). We spoke to no fewer than 4 humans and the AI concierge. We were told everything from “sorry we don’t have anyone to service your room” to “we already did service your room” (they didnt) to “we will send someone up right away, let me take down your room number” to “my apologies” (but no action) to “ok thanks for telling us, we will get someone up”.
It went from being very frustrating to laughable. Customers service fail- 100%"
