We were moved to a different room and were very good about helping us move. The person that took care of luggage and ordered taxis for our group was very helpful and friendly. "

"We loved our two weeks here. Clean, new, quiet, lovely rooftop eating and swimming, even if only a small heated pool. The staff are welcoming, helpful and on the ball. The tradeoff is being away from the busy tourist zone in a less expensive place but with all of PV accessible. It was a 12 minute walk from the nearest beach or bus to town, or alternatively. a $7-10 CDN uber ride to any downtown spot or Malecon. Ubers are cheap and comfortable. Then, after play, back to the hotel oasis. We bought an induction frying pan (bring it and plates and forks if you can) and did a few in hotel room camarones meals using the induction stovetop and microwave. The hotel is in Versalles, a lovely neighborhood of Mexican family and visiting condo users. Restaurants galore within walking distance - international to 100 peso taco sitdowns, yours to explore.
