"This was my second stay at the Ray's Eiffel and I was not disappointed.The people are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is not too small compared to most in Paris. The kitchenette is a great asset. Even though the area is touristy I like it very much and everything is very safe and convenient.There is a metro station( Ecole Militaire )close by. My special thanks go to Linda and Jeremy who are both helpful and sweet. I hope to return next year for a third stay. P.S. The welcome gifts were truly appreciated!"

"Rooms are very small. Cool concept. Bunk beds were perfect for our kids. Tight space around queen bed. Breakfast in AM was ok. Told it ended at 1030am for guests and 10am for outside visitors, so I paid $50 euro for a family of 4. At 10am, a lady came up and said we had 10 minutes to finish and began picking up buffet. At 10:30am, same lady came up and told us to leave restaurant. Absolutely zero customer service. The gentleman who i paid at hostess station was excellent and professional. Due to the rooms size, thin walls, cost of room and experience with Breakfast, I would not recommend staying here. "

"Good value for money, ability to check in late was fantastic due to delayed arrival. Good location for public transport into central Paris too. Would recommend!"
