"There was nothing I like about the property terribly hotel the checkin receptionist need to trained in customer service before been put to work.. my family and I will never stay there again . Nothing or no one there seems to understand whats it like to work in a hotel.. Not sure if there was any type of leadership there ."

"Only major issue was I was on the 5th floor and one elevator was out of service when I arrived, on night 2 of my stay, the other elevator was out of service too so I had to hike up the 5 floors. I was told by the front desk that it was reported and someone was coming that night to address the elevators. Upon waking up the next morning, Both were repaired and back in service. So the issue was handled promptly. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Awesome value, amenities, location, etc. Highly recommended."

"I've stayed in several hotels around Wake Forest University while visiting my child who attends WFU and this was my first at the Best Western. The Best Western is by far the best value. It's clean, customer service was pleasant and they have a nice free breakfast. This is right across from the Marriott which is about 40% more expensive - I noticed no difference in quality (both are quality options). This is my new hotel while visiting WFU."

"We stayed at this hotel in Charlotte, NC and were very disappointed with the condition of the room. The entire space felt gross and unclean from the moment we walked in. There were what looked like old vomit stains on the floor between the two beds that had clearly not been properly cleaned. The carpet felt moist and yucky underfoot, which made walking around uncomfortable. The bathroom was in bad shape too — the sink would not drain at all, and there was visible mold in the shower. The microwave in the room (we had a suite) was filthy. Overall, the room just did not feel clean or well-maintained. We could strongly smell weed coming from other rooms throughout the night, so much so that I had to shove towels under the door to try to block it. On top of that, the noise from upstairs was unbearable — it sounded like a herd of elephants and people doing gymnastics until the early morning hours. We barely slept. The front desk staff were friendly and nice (That’s the 2 stars), but they were clearly short-staffed. They mentioned rooms were running behind on cleaning from the night before, which explained a lot. The breakfast was okay (nothing special), but it was hard to enjoy anything in the room because of how dirty it felt. For the price, I expected much better cleanliness and maintenance. This was not a restful or pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again."

"The property was aesthetically beautiful. The exterior including golf course, fountains and cobblestone give the property an elegant look. The interior design and decorative elements further add to the property’s overall aesthetic. It even smelled luxurious. The room and pool area were exceptionally clean, spacious and well maintained. Every staff person from the front desk to housekeeping was polite and professional. My entire experience was excellent and my family and I plan to visit again soon. "

"The floor room was dirty like if you walke in the room without shoes your feet get super eeooo(dirty) the bed clothes smelled like it’s was not clean. After that front desk guys were so nice and everyone around, at the pool the lifeguard were very focus on the people in the pool. I love the location because you have a big extra things to do when the pool closed."
