"Everything is amazing, I love when hotels have black out curtain, quiet, good pillow and mattress, basic but european hotel can sometimes missed."

"We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Montecarlo very much. The bed was comfortable and there was a wardrobe for our things. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty of restaurants and local shops everywhere. We took the local water taxi the day of our arrival and the hotel arranged a private water taxi for us which was a short distance to the back of the property. Highly recommend the Hotel Montecarlo."

"Convenient to St. Marks Square. We enjoyed having a drink on at the bar and watching the gondola's park for the evening. We also enjoyed watching them prep to depart in the AM. The hotel let us leave our bags after check-out so we could tour the Doges Palace. Breakfast was good."

"I really enjoyed staying this hotel. It's very close to main shopping stores and lots of restaurants. If you hire a private water taxi (costs around $130) you can be dropped off right in front of the hotel."

"Lovely staff! So polite and helpful and made us feel welcome at the hotel. A little bit out of the busy part of the city, so it was quiet and relaxing. And still walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again. P.s. definitely go to the breakfast buffet. It was delicious! Eggs, bacon, fruit, really great pastries, etc. Our last day, the hotel staff kindly arranged a water taxi to the train station and it picked us up right outside the hotel's canalside door! Very cool. Thanks for the great stay."

"We had a beautiful stay. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Venice is easy to reach and beach days are waiting just in front of the hotel. Loved it! We thought there would be a washing machine, but it was not available - we used a close by laundromat instead. "
